La Belgique a trois langues officielles (n\u00e9erlandais, fran\u00e7ais et allemand) et trois r\u00e9gions (Flandre, Wallonie et Bruxelles-Capitale), qui se chevauchent partiellement.<\/li>\n<li>D&rsquo;une part, cette double fragmentation, conjugu\u00e9e \u00e0 la faiblesse des institutions f\u00e9d\u00e9rales, est \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de nombreuses tensions politiques et communautaires \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du pays. De plus, les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;information des communaut\u00e9s locales sont tr\u00e8s connect\u00e9s aux pays voisins comme la France pour la partie francophone et les Pays-Bas pour la Flandre.<\/li>\n<li>D&rsquo;autre part, Bruxelles abrite la Commission europ\u00e9enne et abrite un si\u00e8ge du Parlement europ\u00e9en, du Conseil europ\u00e9en et du si\u00e8ge de l&rsquo;OTAN.
