INSIDE offers the public cultural mediation and media education activities that are benchmarks in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. These activities use immersion, sharing and encounters to encourage the development of critical thinking. INSIDE aims to facilitate understanding of the media and dialogue with the public.
All activities are supervised by our guides-facilitators who are trained in media education. Depending on the theme and the objective, the activities use up to 5 pedagogical axes which form the basis of our pedagogical approach: reflection, interaction, practice, exchange, and production.
INSIDE offers guided THEMATIC VISITS, including meetings and virtual or real exercises. During the visits, the guides are attentive for encouraging exchanges with RTBF professionals: journalists, editors, presenters, engineers, technicians, and others.
In the immersive THEMATIC WORKSHOPS INSIDE immerse and empower participants in the reality and practice of a profession. During these workshops, each group has the opportunity to talk to at least one professional, depending on the theme of the activity: a journalist, an editor, a moderator, a programmer, and others.
