EDMO BELUX Network of experts
Welcome to the EDMO BELUX Network of Experts page, a part of the EDMO BELUX 2.0 hub dedicated to strengthening ties between researchers, public institutions, media organizations and the public in the fight against disinformation in Belgium and Luxembourg. The network is part of EDMO BELUX 2.0 and an evolution from EDMO BELUX 1.0. It is designed to identify areas of expertise in fields vulnerable to disinformation among specialists in Belgian and Luxembourgish universities. This includes (but is not limited to) domains such as Belgian and Luxembourgish politics, European policies, health, climate change, legal matters and migration.
Partners of EDMO BELUX have three objectives for the network
- Expand and Consolidate the Network: we are committed to broadening our network by engaging more experts from diverse fields, enhancing our collective capacity to address disinformation.
- Involve Experts in Detection and Analysis: our experts can be reached in the processes of correcting, and analyzing disinformation, ensuring that responses are both timely and accurate.
- Promote EDMO BELUX Resources: We actively encourage the use of EDMO BELUX resources in educational, research, and policy-related activities, fostering a well-informed and resilient community.
